Our dining table is full of international flavors, from French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese to international cuisine. We launched this series with the desire to create sake that is delicious and enjoyable to drink even at such a table, and that allows us to meet new sensibilities.

QUALITY GRADE

By sugar content and process, it has been divided into five quality grade.
1. At all levels, the sake must be made from rice, rice koji, water, and yeast only, without adding sugar in the post-process.

3.Have a sourness and body that is well-balanced with sweetness.
4.Satisfy the specified conditions at each level, such as no filtration and no water addition.
