 Thank you for visiting our homepage.

  We brew sake that sticks to the ingredients of this terroir and the traditional manufacturing method. We are brewing in our own hands.
 The characteristic of our sake brewing is that it is made using the traditional manufacturing method that makes full use of the raw materials produced in Mie Prefecture and the power of nature. Due to the small amount and manual work, only a small amount of sake can be made. However, keeping with tradition, we have continued the research to the evolution suited to modern life.

 We will continue to take on challenges so that we can create a "SAKE" that connects people's circles and play a role in the development of a friendly, healthy and sustainable lifestyle and community.
